These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Trinetwork Wallet App ("App") provided by Trinetwork LTD. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
To use the App, you must create an account by providing your personal information, including your name, email address, and phone number, and submitting your KYC documents for verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the App for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or financing of terrorism. You also agree not to use the App to purchase or sell any illegal or prohibited goods or services.
The App allows you to buy and sell Trinetwork coin (TQE). You acknowledge and agree that the Company does not provide investment advice or any guarantee of profit or loss from any investment in Trinetwork. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any risks associated with them.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to buying and selling TQE. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information for all transactions.
The Company may charge fees for using the App or buying and selling TQE. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the App.
The Company is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the App or buying and selling TQE. The Company is not liable for any loss or theft of TQE or any other personal or financial information.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications will be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any disputes arising from your use of the App or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration will be held in London, England.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
By using the Trinetwork Wallet App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
